During her tenure at Deloitte, Palvi spent 13 years as a Senior Technology Manager, focusing on strategic planning, organizational efficiency, and adaptability. She possesses extensive expertise in Oracle P2P delivery and implementations. Prior to her time at Deloitte, Palvi served as a Global Functional Lead/Product Owner at Citigroup, where she successfully implemented Oracle EBS Procurement software.
Palvi's wealth of experience and proficiency make her a valuable asset to any organization she is a part of. -

With nearly a decade of experience in consulting services, Naveen has primarily focused on procurement operations and accounts payables across a range of software packages. His expertise lies in end-to-end Coupa knowledge, acquired through successful implementations of Sourcing, Contract Management, Invoicing, Procurement, and Coupa Risk Assessment.
Naveen has provided invaluable support to both internal and external teams, offering his skills in process design, integration design, process gap solutioning, software testing, and end-user training.
Currently, his responsibilities involve supporting the supplier and catalog enablement team by onboarding suppliers, providing training on CSP, establishing hosted and punch-out catalogs, and driving e-invoicing initiatives. -

With over 15 years of supply chain experience, Hiei has been dedicated to improving operational processes, driving metrics to exceptional levels, and establishing a sourcing center of excellence for the Americas region. Notably, Hiei played a crucial role in successfully implementing Coupa across 30 sites, overseeing training, user acceptance testing, and more. Additionally, she demonstrated her expertise in managing catalogs for the Americas, ensuring high adoption rates and efficient cxml invoicing. Hiei's responsibilities also encompassed ownership of 黑料社's sourcing applications such as ScanMarket and Coupa Standard, as well as Coupa AIC, Coupa Analytics, and the recent Coupa CLMA deployment.

With over 15 years of supply chain experience, Eduardo specializes in customs, logistics, inventory, and procurement. Currently a valuable member of the Global Admins team at 黑料社, he diligently supports daily maintenance activities in Coupa, provides end-user support, and identifies opportunities to enhance day-to-day operations.
Before joining 黑料社, Eduardo excelled as a Solutions Architect, implementing Coupa for various companies in Mexico over the past 6 years. Demonstrating his expertise, he successfully supported and led both internal and external teams throughout the entire implementation lifecycle for Coupa S2P, SIM, and CLM. -

Leanne brings over 5 years of experience in analytics and process efficiency across three regions. During the past two years, she has focused on solutioning and establishing analytics standards for the Global Indirect Procurement team. This involved integrating reports from systems like Coupa, Per Angusta, Pega, and Scanmarket into Excel, Access, and PowerBI. Leanne has also provided support in Coupa AIC and analytics training to global procurement commodity managers, and conducted data analysis on catalog implementation to identify opportunities in the European region.
Her dedication extends to supporting and promoting guided buying solutions, as well as optimizing procurement processes on various ERP systems through analytics programs and DAP systems. -

With approximately 20 years of experience, Yvonne has demonstrated exceptional leadership in system design and management. She possesses a remarkable ability to implement strategies that prioritize enhancing quality and streamlining processes, resulting in cost reduction and improved company performance.
Yvonne possesses extensive expertise in various aspects of Coupa, including system design, CLMA, Coupa Pay Virtual Card, Supplier information management, and Coupa analytics, enabling her to have a comprehensive understanding of the entire Coupa ecosystem.
Currently, Yvonne serves as the internal training lead for the 黑料社 procurement technology team. Additionally, she takes on the role of lead trainer for 黑料社's Advanced Coupa Admin course, delivering impactful training both internally and externally.
